Appointments
We know you have choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process. Usually we can be reached during the hours listed above at (630)226-1000. If not, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Sometimes we're at lunch or away from the desk for a minute.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Insurance has cut corners where they can and tell us they are severely short staffed due to Covid 19. Typically they keep our staff on hold for 45 minutes. Please check your benefits by calling the toll free number you have been provided to expediate receiving an appointment when you contact us. Patients tell us they are able to get thru to their insurance customer service rapidly most of the time. Insurance companies absolutely cater more to their paying customers than to dental offices. Then when you call, you can easily pass the information to us. We are happy to file insurance and do accept assignment of benefits. All we ask is for your copayment at the time of service.
Payment Options
We never want to have cost block any person's access to healthcare. We accept checks, cash or credit cards as copayment options. We offer Lay Away and also offer a flexible 6,12,18 and 24 month payment plan through Care Credit. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator for details.
